Collaborator Collective

Join the OPT Pool

Jampuk Intelligence is a one-person company (OPC). We do not hire, and there is no careers page. We build with other one-person teams - OPTs and OPCs - on a project-by-project basis. Copy the Field Dossier below and compose your own email to enter the standing pool of collaborators.

// Transmission Protocol

How the Pool Works

No interviews, no recruiter screens, no HR theatre. You prove you build, we match you to a project, we ship. Three steps.

01

Submit Field Dossier

Answer the dossier below and transmit it by email. Keep it sharp - we read for signal, not volume.

02

Signal Check

We verify your solo build and your scenario answer. This is the only gate - it filters for genuine builders.

03

Project Match

When a project needs your discipline, we reach out with a fixed-scope engagement and clear handover terms.

// Intake cycle clearance code: 7F3A - required in subject line

// The Field Dossier

Copy the Brief

No pre-filled email, no one-click send. Highlight the block below, copy it, and paste it into your own message to hi@jampuk.com. Fill every item. Skipping the scenario question is an automatic pass.

--- OPT FIELD DOSSIER - Intake Cycle 7F3A ---

1. HANDLE / ALIAS
   (What should we call you?)

2. DISCIPLINE / ONE-PERSON SUPERPOWER
(Your primary craft as a solo operator - e.g. frontend, ML, DevOps, design, data.)

3. PROOF OF BUILD
(Link to ONE artifact you shipped solo - a repo, a live site, a paper, a shipped system. No teams, no "I contributed to".)

4. SCENARIO - FIRST 48 HOURS
A client wants an autonomous agent built in 2 weeks with no spec and a vague goal.
Walk us through your concrete first 48 hours. Be specific - repos, scaffolding, guardrails, the first thing you ship.
(Generic "I'll scope it and align stakeholders" answers fail the signal check. We want a builder's plan.)

5. STACK & TOOLCHAIN
(Your default setup when you start cold.)

6. AVAILABILITY
(Rough hours/week and your working window / timezone.)

7. CLEARANCE
(You read the brief, so instead of answering a question here, write: READ-THE-BRIEF)

8. LINK / WHERE TO REACH YOU
(Portfolio, LinkedIn, GitHub, or a channel where we can ping you.)

Subject already includes OPT-7F3A. Keep it intact or your dossier is filed as noise.

  1. Q1 - Handle / Alias

    What should we call you?

  2. Q2 - One-Person Superpower

Your primary craft as a solo operator - frontend, ML, DevOps, design, data, or something weirder.

  3. Q3 - Proof of Build

Link ONE artifact you shipped solo - a repo, a live site, a paper, a shipped system. Not a team contribution.

  4. Q4 - Scenario (The Real Test)

A client wants an autonomous agent built in 2 weeks with no spec and a vague goal. Walk us through your concrete first 48 hours - repos, scaffolding, guardrails, the first thing you ship.

Generic "I'll scope it and align stakeholders" answers fail the signal check. We want a builder's plan, not a consultant's posture.

  5. Q5 - Stack & Toolchain

Your default setup when you start cold.

  6. Q6 - Availability

Rough hours per week and your working window / timezone.

  7. Q7 - Clearance (Reverse Instruction)

If you actually read this brief, do NOT answer a question here. Instead write the phrase READ-THE-BRIEF. Robotic fillers who answer everything fail this check.

  8. Q8 - Where To Reach You

Portfolio, LinkedIn, GitHub, or a channel where we can ping you.

No transmit button. Copy the block above and email it yourself.

// Spam & Laziness Filters

The Rules of Transmission

We are a one-person studio. We do not have time to babysit a pipeline of cold spam or copy-paste applicants. These filters keep the pool clean.

Subject Must Carry the Clearance Code

Every dossier must arrive with OPT-7F3A in the subject. Emails without it - including bare "I'm interested, please send details" notes - are auto-filed as noise and never read.

Honeypot Decoy

The copyable dossier block embeds a hidden marker that only automated scrapers ingest. If a transmitted dossier contains that marker, it is discarded as bot traffic without review. Humans copying the visible text never include it.

The Scenario Question Is Mandatory

Q4 is the signal. Skipping it, or answering with generic consultant-speak, fails the check. We want builders who can act on a vague brief, not talk around it.

The Reverse Instruction

Q7 asks you to write READ-THE-BRIEF instead of answering. Applicants who robotically fill every blank reveal they did not read - and are passed over.

Copy the dossier block above, fill it in, and email it to hi@jampuk.com with OPT-7F3A in the subject. We read every genuine builder's submission - and ignore the rest.
